Apartments

The apartments are arranged and include kitchen with refrigerator, living room, bedroom and bathroom with shower stall. Each has also a large terrace equipped with table and chairs. All of them are air-conditioned and with phone line.
FACILITIES: Reception and bar with Tv Set.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: for booking of apartment is necessary to manage a deposit of 30% from total amount, within 48 hours from the booking moment, balance should be settled on arrival.
ANIMALS: of small size are allowed only at ground-floored apartments.
External visitors for clients are not accepted in apartments.

The Residence is located in the centre of Vieste, nearby, there is situated a supermarket and other facilities, especially the sandy beach of Scialara, of about 100 mt far from the Residence.
Inside, there are available 21 apartments, modern and funcionally arranged and equipped with air-conditioning and Direct phone line and bed linen weekly change service. From other facilities there are on clients’ disposal a hall with bar and Tv set, car park in garage or an external parking and swimming pools situated inside of the villa.
