Quotas include: VAT, consumption of electricity, water, gas, air conditioning, Tv set LCD with satellite, bed linen with weekly change, cradles for babies, car park and swimming pool. OBBLIGATORY ADDED FEES: Final cleaning € 35,00.
MINIMAL PERIOD FOR STAY: 1 week in May, June, July and September 2 weeks in August CHECK-IN: 4 – 6 pm on arrival day CHECK-OUT: 9 – 10 am on leaving day
CANCELATIONS: are accepted only communicated by certified mail or by telegram within 30 days before arrival to stay, so there is a right to reimbursement of 30% from the booking deposit already managed. In case of stay interruption, there is no right to any reimbursement. In case of delayed arrival, client should inform the Residence direction, otherwise, the Direction has right to occupy apartment with no duty to any reimbursement nor compensation.
RESIDENCE DIRECTION: does not answer for lost property from the apartments; there is not allowed to use electrical appliances which belong to arrangement of apartments (fans, circuit boards, etc)
