Early bookings for bookings made before 30/04/2010 discounts up to 20%
The holiday resort offers the following facilities: Tv Set with satellite, open swimming pool with whirlpool, green-volley court, parking, bar, restaurant, archery, ground for "bocce", babyclub, animation service with day and evening programme, playground for children, bicycles (subject to availability), swimming courses ( with fee).
OBBLIGATORY ADDED FEES:
All-in price of consumptions: € 27,00/person/week;
Resort card: € 36,00/person/week (except children up to 3 years);
Final cleaning: € 70,00/apartment (final cleaning of cooking corner by clients, otherwise, extra fee of € 15,00)
Caution: € 100,00/apartment, repaid back at the end of stay.
OPTIONAL ADDED FEES:
Satellite cannel SKY: € 6,00/apartment/week
Bed-linen: € 7,00/person/change (towels and kitchen linen are not available);
Supplementary charge for second car: € 5,00/day;
Only small-sized pets are accepted: € 90,00/pet/week.
BEACH SERVICE:
is provided on the nearby about 350 mt long beach of San Lorenzo, on request, subject to availability (1 sun shade, 1 sun bed and 1 deck chair):
from 22-23/05 to 12-13/06 and from 11-12/09 to 25-26/09 € 30,00;
from 12-13/06 to 10-11/07 and from 28-29/08 to 11-12/09 € 40,00;
from 10-11/07 to 07-08/08 € 60,00;
from 07-08/08 to 21-22/08 € 80,00 per apartment per week.

Check-in: from 5 pm to 8 pm
Check-out: until 10 am
The accounts should be settled on arrival.
External visitors for clients are accepted (cannot make use the services), only in case they had left documents at reception desk, for the period of 2 hours, otherwise, supplementary charge of € 20,00/person.
Number of people is subject to number of beds in an appropriate apartment and cannot be overdone in any case (nor by an infant).
There is allowed to make noise and use radio or any similar electronic devices, pass with any motor vehicles along the resort nor welcome clients’ visitors from 2 pm to 4 pm and from 11 pm to 7 am.
All the clients of the residence should accept the present conditions.
N.B. In apartments there is not any coffee-pot.
