Terms and conditions
- Deposit for the booking of 30% from total amount should be managed within 10 days from the booking moment, otherwise the booking will be canceled.
- Accounts should be settled on arrival, there is not any possibility to manage it after the stay.
- Entrance of the external visitors is not allowed in any case.
- The dates indicated on the booking confirmation refer to the day of arrival and day of leaving.
- Check-in: from 4 pm on the day of arrival --- Check-out: up to 10 am on the day of leaving.
- Total amount has to be managed also in case of delayed arrival or previous leaving. In case of period cut of the booked one, no repay can be granted.
- In case of delayed arrival, booked rooms will remain reserved up to 12 pm of the next day of that one indicated in booking confirmation as the arrival date.
- Number of people indicates on the booking confirmation is fixed and cannot be modify without previous agreement with resort direction which reserves the right to accept or not any appropriate modification.
