TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) Deposit for the booking of 30% from total amount should be managed within 48 hours from the booking moment, otherwise the booking will be canceled.
2) Accounts should be settled on arrival, there is not any possibility to manage it during the stay.
3) Entrance of the external visitors is not allowed in any case.
4) The dates indicated on the booking confirmation refer to the day of arrival and day of leaving.
5) Check-in: from 4 pm on the day of arrival --- Check-out: up to 10 am on the day of leaving.
6) Total amount has to be managed also in case of delayed arrival or previous leaving. In case of period suspension, no reimbursement can be granted.
7) In case of delayed arrival, booked rooms will remain reserved up to 12 pm of the next day of that one indicated in booking confirmation as the arrival date.
8) Number of persons indicated on the booking confirmation is fixed and cannot be modify without previous agreement with the resort direction which reserves the right to accept or not any appropriate modification.
9) In case of stay rinunciation, reimbursement of 50% from managed deposit is possible if it is communicated more than 30 days previously.
10) The absolute silence must be kept from 12 pm to 7.30 am and from 1.30 pm to 4 am. During this time the resort entrance remains close for cars.
11) The use of sporting and other facilities is at the sole risk of the tenants. Children must be in company of responsible adult.
12) Guests are required to keep their objects, the direction does not respond in any case of theft, bruises and damage of vehicles.
13) Acces to the swimming pool is allowed only during the schedule and by presence of lifeguard.
14) Entering to the resort, guests accept these regulations which can be also integrated with warning signs on public display.
